I have a technical problem on my bike and I don't know how to solve it.
Our technical department is here to help diagnose, problem solve, and fix any technical problem you might have. Contaus here (link) and submit any image or video, schedule a service, or call us directly.
What tools do I need to put my bike together?
All the tools to assemble come with the bike. This includes a 4, 5, and 6mm allen wrench. There is a also a quick manual inside the box to guide you.
Where can I find spare parts for my bike?
All spare Guava parts are available here on our site. If you are having any trouble finding something, feel free to contact us.

Where can I service my bike?
If you live close to our the Barcelona area, you can book a service at our shop, or schedule a home service pick-up and delivery (available February 2023). For those living outside of Barcelona, feel free to contact us with any technical quesitons, and refer to our technical FAQ and library.

All Guava frames are covered by a 5 year warranty against any manufacturing defect. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, from the date of delivery. In the case of a warranty, contact us through our website so we can assess it, find a solution and get you back riding ASAP. Remember that normal wear such as scratches from the use is not covered by any warranty. Any damage coming from a crash or accident is also not covered by our warranty policy, we have a Crash Replacement Program for those cases. For all other Guava products we provide a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery. To file a warranty claim please accesss our link here
Crash Replacement Policy
The Crash Replacement Program is available up to 3 years after the date of purchase. It is only applicable to the first buyer, not to re-sold products. The damage must also be caused not by a third party but by the product owner. To inquire further, please contact us on our contact form. We reserve the right to refuse any claim we do not deem as valid, and this does not cover cosmetic damage.
Crash Replacement - Bikes
Unfortunately, sometimes crashes happen, and we want to get you riding again as quickly as possible. Crashes can cause structural damage to a product, so to avoid any further problem we offer a Crash Replacement Program for frames and forks at a reduced price. Contact us here to request a crash replacement for a bike.
