How long does it take to ship a bike?

All in-stock bikes take about 2 weeks to paint, assemble, and ship. This can fluctuate in peak season. We will notify you with the shipment tracking number as soon as your bike leaves.

Unboxing

When opening your new Guava - you will find all the tools and info you need quickly assemble the bike. Inside you will find the quick guide to help you build the bike. You can also check the unboxing video and full PDF manual (coming soon)

For bikes not yet available, how does the pre-pay work?

For bikes that are arriving later in the year, we can reserve it for you with a 200 EUR deposit. This is refundable in case you should change your mind. The balance is due when the bikes go into production.

How do I make sure I am riding the correct size?

We have a sizing chart on our bike page, but you can also demo a bike any time at our showroom. When in doubt, send us a message and we can help size you in.

Can I change the spec on the bike?

For 2023, the spec is as listed on the bike page. From 2024 we will be offering more build possibilities. Of course you can always choose both colors of the frame.

What is the warranty on my Guava?

All Guava frames are guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturer defect. This does not include crashing, cosmetic damage, and normal wear and tear. Contact us here if you think have a warranty claim.

Does my bike come fully assembled?

We assemble all bikes and test them before packing the bike. When you receive your bike, simply insert both wheels, insert the seat post to your height and tighten the seat clamp, and turn and tighten the handlebar in the correct position. There is a quick start guide in the box. Contact us with any questions!

Do you have a crash replacement policy?

We definitely do. Contact us here for a crash replacement request 

What is your return policy?

Our shipments are insured against any damage – any damage caused by shipment must be communicated to the shipping company within 48 hours and will be repaired or replaced by Guava. In addition, all Guava products have a 30-day return policy. In order to be able to be returned, item in question must be in new condition and free from damage.
